چکیده

Circular RNAs (circRNAs) exert crucial regulatory effects in the pathogenesis of multiple tumors. This work aimed to probe into role circ_0000094 T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). In this work, quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was applied quantify circ_0000094, miR-223-3p, and F-box WD repeat domain containing 7 (FBW7) mRNA expressions lymph node samples from T-ALL patients; Western blot adopted examine FBW7 protein expression cells; proliferation detected by counting kit-8 (CCK-8) experiment; apoptosis examined flow cytometry; Transwell experiments were assess migration invasion; interactions among miR-223-3p validated bioinformatics prediction, dual-luciferase reporter gene assay, RNA immunoprecipitation experiment. We reported that, markedly reduced predominantly located cytoplasm; gain-of-function loss-of-function assays verified that overexpression remarkably suppressed proliferation, migration, invasion, enhanced while knocking down malignant phenotypes rescue implied mimics partly reversed inhibitory on phenotype cells due up-regulation; proved be a molecular sponge for it could up-regulate via repressing expression. Taken together, concluded impedes progression modulating miR-223-3p/FBW7 axis.

Effects of valproic acid and pioglitazone on cell cycle progression and proliferation of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia Jurkat cells

Objective(s): T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) is an aggressive hematologic malignant tumor. Administration of chemical compounds influencing apoptosis and T cell development has been discussed as promising novel therapeutic strategies. Valproic acid (VPA) as a recently emerged anti-neoplastic histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor and pioglitazone (PGZ) as a high-affinity peroxisome p...

Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis secondary to T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia with membranous tonsillitis

Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is a life-threatening syndrome of excessive immune activation, which is characterized by fever, hepatosplenomegaly, cytopenias, hyperferritinemia, hypertriglyceridemia, and/or hypofibrinogenemia, and evidence of hemophagocytosis. Secondary HLH is often seen in adults and categorized based on autoimmune, infections-related, and malignancy-associated etiol...

Microenvironment and Immunology IL-7 Contributes to the Progression of Human T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemias

The importance of microenvironmental factors for driving progression in leukemia has been debated. Previous evidence has pointed to interleukin-7 (IL-7), a fundamental cytokine to normal T-cell development and homeostasis, as an important determinant of the viability and proliferation of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) cells in vitro. In this study, we report that IL-7 is also a cri...

t-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia with del (7) (q11.2q22) and aberrant expression of myeloid markers.

t cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (all) is an invasive disease with a higher incidence in children and adolescents. in terms of immunophenotype, t-all is positive for cd2, cd7, cd34 and hla-dr, and the level of these markers is increased with increasing age. in addition, the myeloid markers (cd13, cd33) are sometimes expressed in t-all. in this study, we introduce a rare case of a 28-year-old...
